I've been using Daly Productions now for over a year and find their service to be excellent. They provide you with a range of survey outputs (CAD, Revit etc.) and also provide you with a 3D Virtual tour of the survey area so that anyone on your team who hasn't visited the survey area can quickly get to grips with it. Mairead did a really lovely job of showcasing the newly opened Great Hall at Malahide Castle after a 2 yr conservation project highlighting all the nuances and creating a really immersive experience. Such a good job in fact that we dispensed with the idea of a brochure using the virtual walkthrough as our chief marketing asset as we felt it not only intensified the viewing experience but also created a better customer experience. We loved the outcome and feedback suggests users love navigating between pictures, zooming in and out and switching views from one location to another via hotspots. We also liked that we were preserving history with a date stamped walkthrough with tags used throughout providing context to the paintings, furniture and tapestries that come together in this unique space.

Daly Productions were able to build a 3D tour that captures a huge amount of detail, all around the system, in an easily-navigable 3D space. It captures more detail and context than dozens of separate still images ever could. The addition of tags allows us to build a virtual tour that explains how the system works, and will be used both for Sales purposes, and for remote training of a customer’s operators and maintenance teams. Customers are always impressed when we use the 3D Virtual Tour.
